Board of Directors

The University of Illinois Alumni Association is governed by a Board of Directors made up of regular members of the Association. The Board promotes the mission of the Association by overseeing and setting policy for all UIAA activities. Collectively its members represent a broad range of constituencies.

Campus Alumni Advisory Boards (CAABs)

These boards are composed of representatives from alumni chapters, constituent alumni associations and other members of the Alumni Association under one umbrella advisory group on each UI campus, thus allowing all constituencies to have better representation to and from the UIAA Board of Directors. In addition to their own campus activities and responsibilities, the CAABs nominate representatives to the UIAA Board of Directors and its committees.
