Athletic Advisory
Committee
The committee shall meet annually to review and select alumni nominations for
the Urbana Athletic Board, which will be forwarded to the Chancellor to appoint
one new representative each year.

Awards Committee
The committee shall meet annually to review nominations and select the University
of Illinois Distinguished Service Award and the UIAA Loyalty Awards. The committee
shall also review current awards presented to Illinois alumni and recommend new
procedures and/or awards.

Club and Constituent Liaison
Committee
The committee shall meet as necessary to support and advocate for the Alumni
Association’s various regional alumni clubs and constituent groups.

Executive Committee
The committee shall meet as necessary to plan agendas for CAAB meetings and to

Governance Committee
The committee shall meet as necessary to review and revise the Operating Guidelines
and resolve CAAB governance issues.

Recruitment and Membership Committee
The Recruitment and Membership Committee shall meet as necessary to solicit and
review nominations for new CAAB members, and shall annually select a slate of
new members for approval by the CAAB.

Student Recruitment Committee
