State Farm Arch Rivalry Tailgate

Join us for a humdinger of a tailgate prior to the Illinois vs. Missouri matchup! There will be great food, lots of fun activities and the camaraderie of fellow Illini fans.

Cost: Free and open to all ages!

Highlights and Activities:

• Todd Thomas, DJ for the St. Louis Cardinals, will be on hand to play a wide variety of music
• Special appearance by the Marching Illini and UI cheerleaders
• Two Guitar Hero stations to “rock out” to your heart’s content
• Fun interactive activities such as the Quarterback and Touchdown Challenge
• Specially designated area for children, where face painting, caricaturists, snow cones, cotton candy and inflatable items will be available
• Free Illini pompoms for the first 5,000 attendees

Stadium-style all-beef hot dog and bag of chips: $4
Johnsonville Brat and bag of chips: $5

Though the 2008 State Farm Arch Rivalry football game between Illinois and Missouri is sold out, fans are still welcome to attend the preceding tailgate -- and VIP packages are currently available for the game.

Don't have tickets to the game? No problem! Join us for the tailgate and then walk across the street to Baer Plaza, where DISH Network will host a game-watch party on the big screen, starting at 7:30 p.m.
