UIC Corporate Connections

The UIC Corporate Connections program is an effort between the University of Illinois Alumni Association and local companies at which UIC has a strong presence of alumni and friends. With more than 70 percent of UIC's graduates living and working in Illinois, Corporate Connections programs provide a beneficial partnership for local businesses and the University. These partnerships connect alumni with students from the University of Illinois at Chicago through internships, professional mentoring and scholarship development initiatives, all within the context of where alumni work.

Alumni and their organizations can participate in Corporate Connections as:

CORPORATE COORDINATORS
Work with the UIAA and/or campus units to organize informal get-togethers and discussions of your business or company. UIC administrators, faculty and other special guests often participate. The coordinators also act as liaisons between the company's alumni employees and the Alumni Association in disseminating information on alumni events and related programs.

Alumni from the following companies have participated in this program: Abbott Laboratories, Allstate, American Express, Baxter, Metropolitan Water Reclamation District and Underwriters Laboratories.
