Led by top returning seniors and promising new recruits, the men’s basketball team is playing Nov. 17-20 at the popular Coaches vs. Cancer Classic in Madison Square Garden. A few weeks later, it’s Illinois vs. Fresno State when the football team travels to the opposite coast for what’s sure to be a compelling matchup on Dec. 3.
