Freshman year redux Back in 1969, Pam Meyers Keseric '73 LAS was a freshman at Illinois, living in the Lincoln Avenue Residence Halls. Like many at the time, her roommate, Karen, purchased the Beatles classic "Abbey Road," an album the two roomies played so much that they wore out the vinyl grooves. Fast forward to July 2011 as Paul McCartney plays live at Wrigley Field, and Keseric receives the ultimate mind trip of watching her two teenage sons singing along to Fab Four tunes 42 years later. Some things never go out of style. Pictured here is the entire family, with one son rocking the Orange & Blue.
