Senior 100 Honorary

Application Form

Through the Senior 100 Honorary program, the University of Illinois Alumni Association and its Student Alumni Ambassadors recognize undergraduate members of the Class of 2012 for both their past accomplishments and their continued commitment to the University.

Selection of Senior 100 honorees will be based on:

  • academic standing (minimum grade point of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale)
  • demonstration of past involvement, initiative and leadership in both campus and
    community activities
  • assessment of the applicants’ potential for maintaining effective engagement with
    their Alma Mater following graduation

The Senior 100 Honorees are chosen by faculty and staff members across campus. All applications remain anonymous to the judges.

Applicants are required to complete a minimum of 90 credit hours before submitting this form for review. In addition, applicants must be graduates within the following time frames: December 2011, May 2012 and August 2012.
