		Alicia Sines named UIC Adviser of the Year The UI Alumni Association’s Alicia Sines, assistant director at UIC, was recently named the UIC Adviser of the Year at the annual Chancellor’s Student Service Award ceremony. Alicia was recognized for her outstanding efforts with the Student Alumni League. Congratulations on this well-deserved award, Alicia.

What do you remember about the Circle? Submit your memories, a thank you or comments here. Entries will be posted on the UIAA website in the Virtual Memory Book and will run through the fall of 2007. The Chicago Circle committee is developing a display in one of the lounges in the student union to celebrate the creation and early life of the “Circle” campus. The unveiling of this new display will take place in the Circle Lounge of the Student Center East building (formerly Chicago Circle Center) on the UIC campus this fall.
