For Employers Using Twitter For Recruiting Tip (1of 3)

A few weeks ago, Toby Nathan and Michele Rempel presented the Finding Talent Employer program titled: How to Source, Recruit and Brand Using Twitter. The Alumni Career Center will write 3 blog posts highlighting their recruiting tips using Twitter.

If using Twitter to recruit, some etiquette guidelines include:

1. If someone follows you, follow them back unless you really don’t want to
2. Thank people who retweet your tweets or mention you in a positive way
3. Retweet others and include their @name as the original source in the tweet

Watch for the next "For Employers Using Twitter for Recruiting Tip" to be posted on May 8th
