Confidentiality
Statement
The University of Illinois Alumni
Association and Alumni Career Center
(ACC) do not advise the use of e-mail
to discuss private questions about
career counseling or your job search.
The ACC staff regards e-mail as
an appropriate medium for requesting
general job search information,
or details regarding ACC services
or programs. Confidentiality is
essential to the integrity of the
advising/counseling process, and
while we will do our best to keep
your messages private, we cannot
guarantee that the contents of your
e-mail will remain confidential.
We encourage you to check the privacy
policy of your e-mail provider,
as well.
Staff access to e-mail is limited
to the business hours of the Alumni
Career Center; staff does not have
access after hours or on weekends.
If your question is time-sensitive,
we encourage you to call the Alumni
Career Center at 312/575-7830 during
business hours when requesting information.
