These “Hire Ability” steps include: Communicate, Meet Needs (How do you meet theirs), Be Unique and accessible and Follow Up. Additionally, Pay Bayers will discuss the ten steps to PROfessionalism and your “Higher Ability”: Commitment, Passion, Listening to learn, Character, Communication, Courage, Problem Solving, Self-discipline, Testing (Being Tested), NEVER lose your composure.
He knows what it takes to fire up a team—whether it be on the gridiron, the field of sales or people in transition. What makes him qualified to get your attention? He has earned his stripes…literally. Not only is he a skilled motivational speaker with 15 years experience and a former sales all-star who handled multi-million dollar national and regional accounts, but he has also been a Big 10 college football referee for the past 20 years. Additionally, he was a two-time All American and the first American college player ever recruited to play professionally in the Italian Football League. His goal is to rejuvenate his listeners with enthusiasm and encouragement and provide invaluable tips and techniques that can dramatically increase results.
This webinar includes presentation and questions. There is no fee for University of Illinois alumni; the fee for University of Illinois non-alumni guests is $30. All pay the cost of the phone call - a standard long-distance charge. You can avoid the cost of a phone call by using your computer speakers to participate in the program (all access instructions will be provided the day before the program).
