Mini-Webinar: Successful Telephone Interviews

It is almost inevitable that your job search will include at least one phone interview: you might have an initial screening by phone, or a full interview with a decision-maker who is not often in the location where you’ll be working (or is where you’ll be relocating). This mini-webinar will emphasize the preparation and presence you need for strong and successful interactions in these conversations, whether one person or several people are on the phone with you, and whether the next step will be a trip to the local office, or across the country, for another conversation.

This program includes presentation and a brief time for questions. There is no fee for University of Illinois alumni; the fee for University of Illinois non-alumni guests is $15. All pay the cost of the phone call – a standard long distance charge. You can avoid the cost of a phone call by using your computer speakers to participate in the program (all access instructions will be provided the day before the program).

Registration deadline is Tuesday, August 17, at 9 AM Central Time.
