A wide array of accommodations is available, for groups of 10 to 600, including a state-of-the-art audio/visual system, unique catering options, and beautifully appointed rooms offering an elegant setting for truly memorable events. Please plan on making a stop at the Alice Campbell Alumni Center during your next campus visit. Come in for a casual, self-guided visit, or call 217/244-9035 to arrange for a tour guide. Guided tours take approximately 20-30 minutes.

Ballroom:

The Ballroom is an elegant and formal space suitable for a variety of events, with table seating for 260 people or stand-up receptions for up to 500.

Richmond Family Gallery:

The beautiful Gallery space is combined with the Ballroom for use as a reception area, wedding ceremony location or many other versatile setups.

Bresee Alumni Lounge:

The Lounge can be used for a small, formal dinner of up to 20 guests or a cocktail party with up to 60 people. A beautiful view of the Hallene Gateway and fountain enhance the attractive atmosphere, and a built-in bar and fireplace add to the ambiance.

Boardroom:

With available seating for up to 36 guests or more, two plasma TVs and an LCD projector and screen, the Boardroom is ideal for larger-sized board meetings and presentations. The attached balcony offers refreshing outdoor space during the warmer months, with a view of the Hallene Gateway and fountain.

Hindsley Great Room:

The Great Room is a commons area on the first level that offers a relaxed atmosphere and resplendent view of the outside patio. When in use, the Steinway grand piano provides a melodious air to the casual atmosphere.

Sally Gougler Memorial Library:

The Library is open to the public during normal business hours and a great place to discover past Illio yearbooks, read The Daily Illini (offered at the front counter) or check e-mail and browse the Internet. Numerous books by alumni authors are also available to read (but not check out).

Building Exterior:

A pleasant and well-landscaped area surrounds the Alice Campbell Alumni Center. Visit the fountain and impressive Hallene Gateway, view the numerous engraved stone pavers near the building, relax on the patio or view it all from above via the upper-level balconies of the building.
