Event Spaces: Wedding Receptions

Your Wedding Reception Package Includes: (download Wedding Receptions flyer for printing)

  • Full Ballroom seating for up to 240 guests
  • Richmond Family Gallery (perfect place for the cocktail hour)
  • Ceremony may be held in either the Ballroom or Richmond Family Gallery
  • Two Large Coat Rooms as needed (for coats or storage during wedding)
  • Additional rooms are included as needed
  • Eight-hour space rental (additional time is $150 per hour) until 11:30 p.m.
  • 72-inch Round Tables seating 8-10 guests (26 available) and Banquet Chairs (300 available)
  • 6-foot Banquet Tables (perfect for bars, DJ, gift table, place card table and buffets)
  • 10 Highboy Tables (perfect for cocktail hour in Richmond Family Gallery)
  • Up to four LCD projectors/screens for video presentation
  • Dance Floor (12' x 12' up to 18' x 18')
  • Customized floor plan and set-up of room for your wedding
  • On-premise building coordinator during your event and custodial staff
  • Access to rooms at 10 a.m. day of wedding for set-up (additional time may be arranged)

Pricing:

  • $3,500 for "Wedding Reception Package"
  • 10 percent catering surcharge added to final invoice (on food and beverage only)
  • $500 damage deposit (deposit will be refunded or applied to the final invoice if there is no damage to the premises and all policies are followed)
  • Terms: $1,166.67 due at signing plus damage deposit; $1,166.67 due the week before event; the remainder is invoiced following the event
