Approved Vendors
All events with food and/or beverages must use a caterer approved by the University. The approved vendors are:
University Catering at 217/333-0126 and any of the caterers approved for food and liquor service at the University's approved catering companies.
Additionally, all vendors for floral, decor and music may be used at the Alumni Center. For more information, please contact the Alice Campbell Alumni Center event coordinators:

Insurance
All non-University use of the Alice Campbell Alumni Center requires that insurance be purchased to cover the event. Please contact Jim Runyan at 217/244-9035 or runyan@uillinois.edu for details.
